Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package in real-time through our partner carriers: DHL, DPD, and PostNL.

Refund Processing

Exceptions

• Opened nutrient solutions and supplements cannot be returned for hygiene reasons
• Items damaged due to misuse are not eligible for return
• Custom/bulk orders are non-refundable — please contact us before ordering

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund immediately.
